Has been working in the system of the Ministry of Education since 1998, including in the field of vocational education since 2004 - Head of the Division, Deputy Head of the Department at the MOES, Deputy Chairman of the National Vocational Agency. Employee of structural units in various, including managerial positions at NCEQE since 2010 year. Participated in national and international conferences and seminars in the field of vocational education in the United States, China, Estonia, Italy, Germany, Moldova.
