The National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement participated in the annual ENIC-NARIC meeting

Representatives of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement participated in the 33rd Annual Joint Meeting of the European Network of National Information Centres (ENIC-NARIC) and related professional events held in Athens, Greece. 

 

The meetings addressed current issues in the field of recognition of qualifications, trends in international student mobility, developments in recognition procedures, and opportunities for strengthening cooperation at the European level. Particular attention was given to the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in qualification recognition processes.

 

As part of the event, representatives of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement organized an international workshop entitled "Education as a Migration Pathway: Crises, Policies, and Recognition Challenges in International Student Mobility", bringing together representatives from the ENIC-NARIC centres of Georgia, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Ukraine.

 

During the workshop, the NCEQE presented current trends in international student mobility and related governance challengesin Georgia. Special emphasis was placed on the effective management of international student mobility, strengthening institutional accountability, and enhancing coordination between education and migration policies.

 

The National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement continues its active engagement within the European Network of National Information Centres (ENIC-NARIC), contributing to the exchange of best practices and the further development of qualification recognition systems.
