The memorandum on cooperation was signed between the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE) of Georgia and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA) of Ukraine

On June 3th, the Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the National Center for Education Quality Enhancement of Georgia (NCEQE) and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance of Ukraine (NAQA).

The director of the NCEQE Mrs. Tamar Makharashvili and the head of the NAQA, Dr. Prof. Serhiy Kvit signed the memorandum. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the parties signed the memorandum via the organized on-line meeting. According to the signed memorandum, the parties agree to establish partnership in the field of higher education quality assurance and create an effective system for the exchange of the best practices. The joint events will be organized to provide partner institutions with informational, methodological, consulting, organizational and scientific support.

The National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA) is a permanent collegial body authorized by the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” to implement the state policy in the field of higher education quality assurance. The strategic goals of the National Agency are realized in three main directions, quality of educational services; recognition of the quality of scientific results; ensuring the systemic impact of the National Agency`s activities.
