Lingual correctness

The fee for examining the lingual correctness of a strict registration document – a state document certifying education – is GEL 20, whereas the fee for accelerated procedures thereof is GEL 40.

 

The fee is payable in advance, prior to the provision of the relevant services, in a non-cash form by way of depositing the amount into the settlement account of the LEPL – National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.

 

The application of the person interested in examining the lingual correctness of the strict registration document – a state document certifying education – must, for the purpose of visualization, be supported with the strict registration form to be agreed on and a completed version thereof.

As a result of examination of the lingual correctness of the strict registration document – a state document certifying education – by EQE, after the elimination of the gap, the person concerned shall, upon each application to EQE, pay a fixed fee.

 

The fee payable for the services provided by EQE shall be fully refundable in either of the following cases:

 

a) The person concerned refuses to be served before registering the application for the relevant service;

 

b) As a result of administrative procedures, EQE makes no decision.

 

If the person concerned fails, for reasons beyond his/her control, to receive the service within the time period corresponding to the fee paid by him, but s/he desires to use another timeframe for which a lower fee is set, the difference between the two fees shall be refundable to the person concerned.

 

If the amount of the fee paid exceeds the set rate, the difference between the amount paid by the fee payer and the rate set out in this Law shall be refundable to the fee payer.

 

The fee is refundable within 10 working days from the date on which a written application is submitted by the person concerned. The application must cover a justified legal basis for the partial or full refund of the fee paid. The application must be submitted within 3 months after payment of the fee. The fee paid after that period is not refundable. Extension of that period or resetting of the missed period is not allowed.

 

A legal entity under public law is exempted from the fee payable for examining the lingual correctness of a strict registration document – a state document certifying education.
