Forms Applicable from September 1, 2025 Onward
(The forms will be used for administrative proceedings within the accreditation process in which the accreditation visit takes place after August 31, 2025, as well as for administrative proceedings related to the monitoring of accreditation conditions, where the order of the Center’s Director is issued after August 31, 2025).

These forms apply to accreditation procedures and administrative proceedings for the monitoring of compliance with accreditation conditions in cases where the individual administrative-legal act of the Director of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement authorising the accreditation site visit or the monitoring of compliance with accreditation conditions is issued on or after 1 September 2026.
